    • Be in its original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition

    • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@farra-jewelry.com. Provide them with your order details and reason for the refund request.
    • We will review your request and respond on how to proceed.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • You are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) and covering any return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
    • Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  4. Refund Options:

    • If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:

    • The following items are non-refundable:
      • Custom-made or personalized items.
      • Items returned outside the 14-day window
      • Items returned without original packaging
      • Items purchased using a coupon, or gift card
      • Items where the reason for return is simply "I changed my mind" or "I no longer want the item"
      • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  6. Damaged or Faulty Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
    • We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

For items shipped with free shipping, any approved refunds will be subject to a 10% deduction to cover the original shipping costs. We cannot offer a full refund on these items.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through Farra Jewelry. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund policy.
